Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return that meets the guidelines below.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date or local pickup date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn

Items must be unwashed

Original tags must be attached

Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, stains, or any signs of wear

Items must be returned in original condition
If an item is returned that does not meet these conditions, the return may be denied and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Return Type
All approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or marked-down items

Clearance items

Accessories (including jewelry, hats, hair items, bags, etc.)

Intimates or undergarments

Seasonal or holiday items

Any item labeled Final Sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Return Approval
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that:

Has makeup, deodorant marks, or stains

Is returned outside of the return window
Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to refuse future returns from customers who have a pattern of excessive returns.
