Thank you for shopping with us! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
During high volume times such as launches, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.
Shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary depending on your location.
Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues that are outside of our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that the package can be recovered once it has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Local Pickup Policy
We offer local pickup for customers who would like to collect their order in person.
Pickup Notification
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to the store.
Pickup Requirements
When picking up your order, please bring:
• Your order confirmation
• The name used on the order
Orders may only be picked up during regular store hours.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Spotted Silo Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Looking around your delivery area
• Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier
If the package cannot be located, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
